Applications


The product is dedicated to municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants struggling with the problems of activated sludge sedimentation, inflow of fat substances and sulphides. The reduction of these substances, which are an important growth factor for filamentous bacteria type 021N, allows to activate the mechanisms leading to their complete elimination from the biological system.

In this way, we operate comprehensively in order to optimize the wastewater treatment process according to the cause-effect key:

  • Reduction of fat and sulphides limiting the amount of substrate for further development of filamentous bacteria type 021N,
  • Reduction of surfactants reduction of one of the main causes of foam formation,
  • Reducing the number of filamentous bacteria allows you to attach type 021N bacteria to the submicron DuoBent particle and then completely eliminate it from the biological system,
  • Improvement of sedimentation of sludge rich in bacteria type 021N Immediate improvement of sedimentation and operation of secondary settling tanks despite the persistently high number of bacteria type 021N.
